Meet our Recruitment Team

Bringing the best into the business

Finding the best

We will always say it – our most valuable asset is our people. The members of our recruitment team work incredibly hard to bring in the right people, carers who align with our vision, values and culture. By striving to maintain a streamlined and efficient recruitment process they ensure a seamless experience for potential carers, from the initial application to onboarding.

I began working with Christies Care in 2019, initially working as a Recruiter and then the Recruitment Team Leader in 2020. I love working with my Team and with everyone at Christies Care. Living by our values is something I do daily and look for in the Team and all our carers.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going swimming and watching sunrises and sunsets.

I joined Christies Care in 2017, initially as a carer before moving into Recruitment. As a carer my work helping others was incredibly rewarding and since moving into Recruitment, what I do continues to have meaning and is still aimed at helping others, both the applicants I work with and our clients.

Outside of work I love walking, shopping and can often be seen taking pictures as one of my main hobbies is Lego photography, which has really taken off.

I get to showcase the stories of our teams, carers and clients; the amazing people of Christies Care.

I began working at Christies Care in 2020 as a Care Coordinator, and in early 2023 I was offered the role of Community Engagement Officer, which is a dream role for me. I am able to go out and about and be part of the community, meeting people from different organisations, charities and networking with other businesses. I love to spread the word about Christies, share our achievements and talk about our wonderful team and carers.

I joined in 2020 as a Recruiter. Now a Senior Recruiter, I have been blessed to work with an amazing, supportive and encouraging team.

The last few years have been wonderful, it’s both rewarding and gratifying to be part of a family-run business whose values align with mine. By making sure we recruit the best carers we are ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care while living independently in their own homes.

Outside of work I have a young family and we enjoy spending time together, going on hikes, days on the beach, reading books, watching movies and meeting friends.

I joined Christies in 2023, even though I have only been with the team a short time it has been such a wonderful experience, knowing that I am part of the team that brings excellent carers to clients is so rewarding. Christies values and mine align perfectly and that is what makes this job an excellent fit for me.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach with my daughter, taking long walks together and making memories.

I am looking forward to many many years with my new family at Christies Care

I joined Christies Care in February 2014, first as a carer before moving into recruitment. I understand how South African carers feel when starting out on their new care journey as I, myself, have been there. I love facilitating their applications from start to finish and am able to offer first hand advice.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my dear family and friends. I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town and on the weekend enjoy visiting wine farms, walks on the beach, browsing markets and coffee shops.

I joined Christies Care in July 2015 as a Booking Coordinator, where I managed our clients’ care packages. I then joined the recruitment team where I transferred my knowledge to recruiting carers who I felt would match well with our clients. I’ve loved getting to know each and every one of the carers and clients, learning about their background, hobbies, and interests.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, painting/drawing, journaling, watching movies/series, and spending time with my family.

I joined Christies Care in August 2018, starting in Recruitment and then moving over to the Compliance team. I really enjoy supporting our applicant’s journey through the recruitment stage, to then booking them onto our award-winning training program.

I moved to Suffolk from Essex seven years ago, so outside of work I like to make the journey back and spend valuable time with my daughters and granddaughter, plus catch up with friends. I also like finding new places to walk my two dogs and support Arsenal FC.

I have worked for Christies Care since 2009, first as a Care Coordinator then I joined the Recruitment Team in 2017. I enjoy building relationships and assisting our new carers as they embark upon a rewarding career path.

Outside of work I love socialising with friends and family, walking and watching F1.
