Benefits of working with us

At Christies Care, it is our policy to offer a rewarding employment experience to all our staff and carers.

We offer comprehensive training, starting with a compulsory four-day induction course covering a range of topics including medication, continence management, nutrition and dementia and disability awareness.

We also encourage our care assistants to participate in advanced courses, offering specialist knowledge so you can be sure you are fully prepared when working with our clients.

Our care assistants can earn a good wage working for us, whether you wish to work on a short term basis whilst travelling to the UK, or whether you are looking for a long term career.

Your earnings are calculated on an individual basis, depending on the tasks you are required to carry out for the client. You will always be told the recommended fee before you start work.

Over a year, you may earn £12,000 with weekly earnings likely to be between £400 and £500.

You will receive free board and lodgings with your client, and in most cases you will also receive food and transport costs.

Rewarding jobs and careers for kind people looking for a challenge!

We offer modern facilities and accommodation for care assistants whilst they complete their training.
