Caring for you

Please phone us – we will listen carefully to your needs before we give you an outline of what it will cost and how quickly we can start.

We will then send you a registration form and our booklet ‘A guide to living independently at home’.

Once you have returned the registration form, we will arrange a time to meet you and get the fullest possible picture of your wishes and needs.  It will also enable us to give you a more accurate cost.  We do not charge for assessment.

If you decide to go ahead, there are various formalities, but in principle we select an agreed and suitable care assistant for you and she will come to you at the agreed time.
