We listen to our clients and make certain we know and agree their wants and needs in detail.
Choice: We choose and train our care assistants very carefully so they are well vetted and competent and can fit in with their clients' wishes and needs. Cost: We are open about the costs involved. There are no hidden costs and we fix our own fees for two years. Development: We know that care for a client is a developing process. We check our service regularly, asking our client's opinion on the care we give. We visit our clients regularly. Reliability: Somtimes we delay a commitment to start looking after a client but, once we have started, we do not let you down. We aim to provide a settled team of care assistants for our client.
