Assessment:  We visit our clients before we start care, unless we are asked to start at short notice.  We listen to our clients and make certain we know and agree their wants and needs in detail.

Choice:  We choose and train our care assistants very carefully so they are well vetted and competent and can fit in with their clients' wishes and needs.

Development:  We know that care for a client is a developing process.  We check our service regularly, asking our client's opinion on the care we give.  We visit our clients regularly.

Reliability:  Somtimes we delay a commitment to start looking after a client but, once we have started, we do not let you down.  We aim to provide a settled team of care assistants for our client.
