CA & Client Management

A team of staff dedicated to Care Assistant and Client Management. What does this mean? In principle, it means that we want to make sure that every client has the right team of care assistants, making living-in care a success. And that every carer has the right clients, where she is welcome and wanted and does her work for a fee which satisfies both parties. We have a formal probationary system, where a care assistant's development over her first weeks and months is regularly checked - with supporting action taken wherever necessary.

We have an ongoing quality check system, receiving feedback for both clienst and care assistants at or after every tour of duty. At the same time, we respond to other information from family members, Social Workers or Assessors. This helps us to keep up-to-date with events and relationships.

Our care assistants spend one, two or more weeks with their client and then may take a week off or go to another client. Managing change-over is important and our Care assistant Management team take this very seriously, keeping in regular contact with care assistants as they move from one client to another.

The team provide support and advice to our care assistants. Caring can be a lonely business and we offer all the practical support possible, to make caring a success.
