The Recruitment Department work in conjunction with our recruitment agents around the world. Together they look at thousands of applicants throughout the year. As the recruitment of excellent carers is critical to our success they only select the best applicants. These people then come here to our offices and training centre in Saxmundham for four days training prior to starting caring.
Training Department
The Training Department take over where the Recruitment Department finish. They actually provide the four day training course that all recruits undertake before they start work. The training department also run course to update carers moving and handling skills as well as advanced training on specific topics such as dementia.
Care Assistant and Client Management
A team of staff dedicated to Care Assistant and Client Management. What does this mean? In principle, it means that we want to make sure that every client has the right team of care assistants, making living-in care a success. And that every care assistant has the right clients, where she is welcome and wanted and does her work for a fee which satisfies both parties.
Background and AdministrationWe have a large number of staff who work in the background, making certain that we run efficiently and that we comply with all the regulations which govern our work with vulnerable people.
