If you wish to work for Christies Care, we invite you to fill in our pre-application form which enables us to see if you are a suitable candidate.
If we have any suitable vacancies then we will send you a link to complete our full application form.
We will follow this up with an interview, which will either take place in person or over the phone if you are based overseas. During the interview process, we will explore your experience, skills and motivation.
If you have a successful interview, we will book you onto our four day induction training course once we have received your reference.
Criteria & Basic job requirements
Here are our basic requirements which must be met:
Legal
To work for Christies Care you must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
You must tell us if you have any previous criminal convictions.
Age
We do not have any age restrictions as we feel that experience and attitude is more important than age. However, we currently have very few carers under the age of 21 and over the age of 65.
References
You must supply two full references which we will follow up.
Experience
We do not require you to have prior experience in the care industry as we will provide training through the induction course. However, you must be capable of basic household tasks such as cooking and cleaning as this will be a requirement of the job.
