All new living-in care assistants spend four days at our head office - for interview, induction and initial training. Most will do four more days of supervised training whilst living-in with a client before starting on their own. We visit care assistants whilst at work at least every three months. We get to know them well so we can match care assistants to the right living-in care clients.

We visit all our living-in care clients before we start care, if possible. We make formal review visits at least four times a year.
We get to know our clients well so that we can offer them the right home care assistants. We are reliable.
