At Christies Care, we take our accreditations seriously and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards at all times.
We are regulated as a domiciliary care agency under the Care Standards Act by the Care Quality Commission. In our recent inspection, we were awarded a 2* rating. You can read our 2009 CQC report here.
As well as being a member of the UKHCA (the United Kingdom Home Care Association) we are accredited as Investors in People.
Our bespoke training centre is an accredited OCR centre for health and social care training and a British Institute of Learning Disability (BILD) satellite training centre. Our training for people with dementia leads to a certificate from the Alzheimer’s Society.
We won the Training and Development award in the Anglian Business Awards 2009.
We are also working towards accreditation with the ISO27001 data security standard and the CHAS Health and Safety standard.
